At the Sage Ridge Supportive Residential Community, AllHealth Network—together with the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless, Signal Behavioral Health, and the State of Colorado—provides a seamless continuum of behavioral health care from detox to outpatient services.
About Sage Ridge & Our Partnership
Sage Ridge is a first-of-its-kind residential recovery community in Colorado. Located on a 560-acre campus in Arapahoe County, it was created through a unique collaboration among:
-
Colorado Coalition for the Homeless (CCH): On-site housing and integrated health services
-
AllHealth Network: Detox, residential, and outpatient behavioral health care
-
Signal Behavioral Health: Administrative and treatment coordination expertise as the region’s Behavioral Health Administrative Service Organization (BHASO)
-
State of Colorado: Funding, redevelopment, and operational support through House Bill 22-1377
Together, we’re building a supportive environment where people experiencing homelessness and behavioral health challenges can find stability, connection, and long-term recovery.
