Community Engagement Team (CET)
The goal of the Community Engagement Team (CET) is to expand community knowledge of AllHealth Network and the services it provides as well as to reduce the stigma around mental health.
CET provides preventative and psychological support to the community and reduces barriers to mental wellness support and services.

Who We Serve
The Community Engagement Team serves Arapahoe and Douglas countries and the surrounding South Metro Denver area. These services are free to all and participants do not have to be an AllHealth Network client.
CET provides free support, trainings, and wellness hours designed to cater to a variety of ages and audiences.
Workshops and trainings can be held in English or Spanish, virtually or in-person.

Services for Adult Audiences

Over one to four sessions, our Wellness Hours focus on teaching and practicing stress management skills through interactive activity and discussion. Wellness Hours available in Spanish or English.
Topics covered can include: Mindfulness, domains of wellness, resiliency, grief and loss, controlling what we can, stress on the brain, boundaries, and finishing the stress cycle.
This training focuses on strategies to promote mental health in the workplace. Participants will learn skills needed to support colleagues, practice wellness, and prevent burn out.
Quarterly Sustained Support sessions are an opportunity to discuss wellness, provide resources as necessary, and provide psychological support.
Participants will discuss how to approach friends, family, and loved ones about their mental health and to recognize signs and symptoms of a mental health struggle.
Participants learn the warning signs of suicide and the technique used to get help for those at risk known as: Question, Persuade, Refer.
A training for those in client or customer-facing roles who would benefit from learning how to work with highly escalated individuals.
Psychological First Aid is an important tool in recovery after a trauma. This training instructs how to reduce stress and assist in healthy recovery in the wake of a traumatic event.
Feel anxious or stressed? Need help accessing services? Not sure what you need, but want to talk to someone? CET offers short-term support for individuals of all ages via phone, email, or video call. Support is free and anonymous.
Youth and Young Adult Services

Our interactive one-hour sessions cater to ages Pre-K to 8th grade, and promote inclusive and open discussion of mental health topics and introduce wellness strategies through games, discussions, and activities. Sessions can be customized for any age group

- Identifying your support network
Wellness Hours focus on teaching and practicing stress management skills through interactive activities and discussions.

- Fostering self-love
- Managing stress
- Discovering the art of journaling and mindful doodling
- Building a strong support system
Designed for teens in 9th to 12th grade, this training focuses on techniques for initiating discussions on mental health.
Goals of this training include:
- Promoting open dialogue
- Reducing stigma surrounding mental health
- Breaking barriers
