Adulting With ADHD
An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Thursday, repeating until February 5, 2026
Adulting with ADHD recognizes that living with ADHD presents unique needs that the “neurotypical” world does not understand or cater toward. Living with ADHD can feel overwhelming, isolating, and hopeless, especially if we have been taught only how to hide or combat it instead of embracing it and allowing it to work for us. In this 12-week curriculum, we will explore how ADHD shows up in our lives, recognize how our learned and adapted responses to our ADHD help or hurt our ability to achieve our goals, and develop systems that are specifically catered toward our unique needs. We will finally find safety in un-masking and allowing ourselves to take up space in our world.
