An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until March 10, 2027
Group for women experiencing struggles with body image and body dysphoria . Clients will engage in an active curriculum and support from other women who understand the difficulties of being a woman in todays society. Clients will work on exploring where their body image struggles stem from, learn to notice every day triggers and resulting behaviors, and learn a variety of skills to move toward a space of body neutrality and self acceptance.
