Enhanced Outpatient Group 1

Enhanced Outpatient is a two-part group geared towards clients who want a more in-depth level of support and skill development. Tuesday group will focus on Foundations, a psychoeducational approach including topics such as the stages of relapse, boundaries, and core recovery principles. Thursday group will focus on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills, including emotional regulation, mindfulness, distress tolerance, and effective communication. This group serves as a strong alternative to a full IOP for clients seeking structured, consistent support while maintaining greater flexibility in their schedule.
