High School Extended Outpatient Program

Extended Outpatient Program (EOP) is a 6 week group therapy experience for youth ages 14-17, focused on addressing trauma symptoms. EOP offers a more frequent and targeted approach than traditional outpatient therapy, accerlerating progress and supporting behavioral change. Group curriculum teaches the skills of understanding thoughts, emotions, and building practical skills. Progress is monitored weekly and tailored to each group’s needs. Youth will remain connected to their current therapist and can return to individual therapy after graduation. Groups are 60 minutes, 3 days a week at Southwood.
