An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Monday, repeating until February 1, 2027
The Mosaic Bridge is a 6‑week virtual step‑down support group for clients whom have graduated from the Adult Mosaic IOP. This group provides a space to revisit, strengthen, and apply the skills learned in IOP while processing real‑life experiences that arise during the transition back to traditional outpatient care. Through weekly 90‑minute sessions, clients will receive continued structure, support, and guidance to help maintain momentum and confidence in their recovery.
