The NeuroNurturers Network is a drop-in group consisting of Adulting w/ ADHD ~graduates~ who crave ongoing support and connection as they practice the skills learned in A.w.A. moving forward.
The group offers a dedicated space and time each week for adult ADHDers to participate in Body Doubling efforts, discuss individual and collective challenges, and receive support and resources both from the facilitator and the group at-large in navigating specific ADHD-related topics.
