Nutrition and Exercise for Wellness and Recovery

The NEW R group is designed to support overall well being through sustainable nutrition and physical activity. Participants will explore how nutrition and movement influence mood, energy levels, stress regulation, sleep quality, and overall functioning. The group focuses on: -Building foundational nutrition knowledge to support energy, weight -management, and recovery -Understanding how physical activity can improve mood, reduce stress, and enhance emotional regulation -Developing motivation and consistency with healthy lifestyle behaviors -Identifying barriers to change and learning strategies to overcome them -Creating individualized, achievable goals that can be maintained during and after treatment.
