PSR EOP Group “The Regulation Room” is an eight-week psychoeducation group for adults who want to build more satisfying, stable connections. Drawing from DBT, Seeking Safety, and attachment theory, the group offers a structured space to understand how early experiences shape current relationship patterns. The group will learn and practice concrete skills for communication, emotional regulation, boundary setting, conflict repair, and trust building.
