Silver Maple Recovery

It is a group offered at a transition assisted living facility for individuals who have recently discharged from state hospitals and are working towards permanent housing appropriate to their level of need. The treatment group focuses on developing understanding of severe and persistent mental health diagnoses through the sharing of experiences and development of techniques towards managing the symptoms of these diagnoses. The group covers a wide range of topics, taking a holistic approach to understanding what effective management means for each individual group member.
