An event every week that begins at 2:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until January 15, 2026

This group is to help understand how sleeping habits affect mental health and work on skills to improve sleep hygiene. In this group, clients will learn about different sleep disturbance diagnosis and be provided with psychoeducation on how they impact mental health and how to seek help. Clients will also learn interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) such as cognitive restructuring of thoughts regarding sleep, stimulus control, relaxation techniques, and making changes to sleep environment or other areas that could be impacting sleep. This group will run for 5 weeks, once clients have completed group, they will create a sleep plan to implement learned skills to their own sleep routines.
