Why am I Like This?

We all have wounds – from trauma, mental distress, or daily stressors. The tools to heal them live within us, when we know where to look.
In this 2-hour group, clients will explore their inner world through the Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy framework. The group is a combination of psychoeducation, mindfulness, and group processing in a trauma-informed space. It’s excellent for clients navigating mental health concerns, substance use, trauma recovery, or anyone who wants to dig deep and answer the question, “Why am I like this?”
Referrals: e-mail group facilitator with referrals including client name, ID, start date, and insurance type. Please add client to SUD 8100 program before sending referral.
