Coordination of Care
We work directly with your care team at AllHealth Network or your primary care provider to help you navigate the healthcare system and achieve your best possible outcome. We communicate and collaborate between pharmacy staff and other medical providers regarding: vital coordination of care, clinical monitoring, and education on disease state and drug therapy.
Medication Therapy Management
The AllHealth Network Pharmacy also provides Medication Therapy Management (MTM) consultations. Arrange an MTM appointment to help ensure safe and effective medication use. Learn about possible drug interactions and side effects or receive tips to help manage medications.
Quitting smoking is hard, and we are here to help you quit! If you are over 18 years old, stop in for an easy, convenient consultation, with no doctor’s appointment required. We offer nicotine replacement medications, nasal sprays, or inhalers to help you stay on track. We also carry over-the-counter smoking cessation products, including patches, gum and lozenges. Our pharmacists offer counseling and support in creating a plan to help you quit.
Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
If you are in need of any medical equipment or supplies or just have a question, ask a staff member today. Our staff will make it as easy as possible to get the equipment you need, including the billing. We will bill Medicare and most insurance companies.
We offer a multi-dose packaging that bundles your medications together by date and time. For example, all your medications that are to be taken in the morning will be packaged together in one pack. Say Goodbye to pill boxes and all of your pill bottles, and say hello to multi-dose packaging.
Ask any of our staff today about our pill-packaging service and how you can get signed up.

When it comes to disease prevention, immunizations are key. Getting vaccinated protects you and those around you. Our main focus is to help you and your loved ones stay up-to-date on the recommended vaccines.
Overdose Prevention Kits
AllHealth Network Pharmacy is driven to raise awareness around naloxone and to increase access to this potentially life-saving medication. In 2016, AllHealth Network Pharmacy established a drug protocol to distribute naloxone, an emergency medication that will reverse opioid-induced overdoses. Our pharmacy staff, in conjunction with the AllHealth Network teams, participated in outreach events to educate and train on the proper usage of naloxone kit in the event of an opioid overdose.
We realize the urgency of the opioid epidemic and are committed to work with all involved parties as a united front against the opioid epidemic. If you, or someone you know, should have access to naloxone, please contact the pharmacy for additional information.
