An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Monday, repeating indefinitely
Group for adults that are wanting to learn DBT skills that can enhance their life in recovery and their healing journey. This group is both trauma informed and helpful to those that are in recovery from substances. In here we learn the four pillars of DBT; mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. All essential skills to living a life of of abundance and meaning.
