Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) group helps individuals to learn how to manage emotions and improve personal relationships. DBT group will guide those with emotional support needs to experience ways to increase relaxation and identify coping strategies to help regulate their nervous system to get out of fight or flight mode. This group is open to programs across AllHealth Network, specifically intensive outpatient services. ***All programs under IOS should be included along with ACT***
