An event every week that begins at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
This structured, activity-based therapy group is designed for individuals grieving the loss of a loved one. Unlike traditional process groups, this is a directive space focused on guided healing through creative expression and skill-building. Group activities may include poetry, journaling, mindfulness, and meaning-making practices. Participants will be supported in navigating grief, building resilience, and connecting with others through purposeful, therapeutic engagement.
