An event every week that begins at 3:30 pm on Tuesday, repeating until July 27, 2026

This group introduces clients to the concepts of each of the Dialectical Behavior Therapy modules; Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness through the use of interactive and creative activities. The primary goal is to familiarize participants with the fundamental concepts and skills of DBT, with a strong emphasis on Mindfulness and Distress Tolerance. It aims to improve participants’ ability to use DBT skills. These skills are designed to help participants manage strong emotions and life’s challenges. Participants can expect to learn how to implement skills to better manage their thoughts, feelings, and relationships. Skills will be introduced and discussed so that participants can feel confident in implementing them into their lives.
