Stress & Anxiety Management with Energy Medicine

This group offers clients a supportive space to learn and practice somatic techniques such as mindful movement, breathwork, grounding & centering, visualization, tapping, and meditation based in qi gong and self-compassion to manage mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and life’s daily stressors. With a focus on mindfulness and self-care, clients will build skills to handle stress more effectively and develop trust in their body-mind and compassion toward personal well-being. Authenticity and vulnerability are encouraged, creating a safe environment for clients to explore, share, and grow together.
