Peer-led support group dedicated to helping individuals struggling with substance use build a healthier lifestyle through SMART goals and effective coping strategies. Meeting every Friday, this group fosters a supportive community where peers empower each other in their recovery journey.
In this group clients explore their beliefs, barriers, and early experiences that may interrupt effective communication. Clients learn about aspects of assertiveness, identifying their needs and how to express them, and coping strategies that make healthy communication more possible.
