In this group clients explore their beliefs, barriers, and early experiences that may interrupt effective communication. Clients learn about aspects of assertiveness, identifying their needs and how to express them, and coping strategies that make healthy communication more possible.
This hour is designed to help provide increased health and mindfulness along with everyday coping skills. Activities may include chair yoga, music, meditation and other mindfulness skills.
