Heather Thompson Wins Statewide Clinician Award

AllHealth Network is proud to celebrate Heather Thompson, Dually Licensed Therapist, who has been honored with the Clinician Award from the Colorado Providers Association (COPA).

This award recognizes exceptional behavioral health professionals across Colorado who demonstrate excellence in clinical practice, advocacy, innovation, and commitment to the well-being of those they serve.

About the COPA Clinician Award

The Clinician Award is part of COPA’s annual Provider Awards program, established in 2023 to shine a light on the difficult and often under-recognized work of behavioral health and substance use professionals across the state.

While public recognition often centers on medical providers like doctors and nurses, COPA created these awards to ensure that behavioral health clinicians are celebrated for their essential contributions to Colorado’s health system.

Each year, COPA members nominate colleagues who exemplify:

  • Excellence in clinical care

  • Advocacy for clients and communities

  • Commitment to improving understanding in their field

  • Leadership and integrity in behavioral health practice

Nominations undergo a detailed review by COPA’s award committee, which evaluates each candidate’s impact, achievements, and dedication over the past year.
