The Child & Family Division at AllHealth Network continues to expand high quality, evidence-based services across our Littleton, DTC, Parker, and Castle Rock locations. We remain committed to providing accessible, developmentally informed, trauma responsive care for children, teens, and families throughout the South Metro community.

Early Childhood Services (Ages 3–8)

Our early childhood clinicians provide a warm, developmentally attuned environment that supports emotional growth, attachment, and early skill building.

Services include:

  • Play Therapy to help young children express emotions, build coping skills, and strengthen relationships
  • Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) for Early Childhood, adapted to meet the needs of young children and their caregivers
  • Art Therapy integrated into sessions to support expression, sensory regulation, and emotional processing
  • Adjunctive Parenting Support to help caregivers reinforce therapeutic progress, strengthen routines, and build confidence

 

Therapy Services for Youth Ages 9–18

We offer a continuum of evidence-based therapy options tailored to the needs of older children and teens:

  • TFCBT for trauma recovery
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for emotional regulation and distress tolerance
  • Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to build strengths and support goal-oriented change
  • Adjunctive Parenting Support to help caregivers reinforce skills, improve communication, and support treatment goals at home

 

Wraparound & Family Support Services

AllHealth Network’s wraparound model ensures families receive coordinated, whole person care.

Our services include:

  • Case Management to help families navigate systems and access needed resources
  • Parent Peer Support from trained caregivers with lived experience
  • Medication Management integrated with therapy and care coordination
  • Collaborative treatment planning across all service lines to ensure continuity and support

Coming Soon: Enhanced Outpatient Program (EOP) for Trauma

We are excited to announce that our Enhanced Outpatient Program (EOP) will soon be open to external referrals.
This structured, midlevel program is designed for youth 11-14, who need more support than weekly therapy but do not require intensive outpatient care. EOP will include:

  • Multiple weekly therapeutic groups- (3) one-hour groups per week (T,W,TH)
  • Family integration
  • Skills based interventions
  • Care coordination and step-down support

Sneak Peek: Social Media & Gaming Addiction Prevention Group

Launching soon: a prevention focused group for youth ages 11–13 designed to help young people and their caregivers navigate the challenges of digital life. Topics will include:

  • Healthy technology habits
  • Early signs of problematic gaming or social media use
  • Emotional regulation and coping skills
  • Strategies for digital balance
