Supporting Teen Mental Health Through the Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program

Adolescence can be a challenging time, especially for youth experiencing chronic or severe mental health symptoms. AllHealth Network’s Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (A-IOP) provides structured, supportive care designed to help teens build the skills they need to manage their mental health and thrive.

The Adolescent Mosaic IOP is a six-week program for high school–aged youth that offers therapeutic support in an outpatient setting. Participants attend group sessions three times per week for two hours each session, providing consistent support while allowing teens to remain connected to school, family, and daily life.

Throughout the program, youth learn practical coping strategies, emotional regulation techniques, and communication skills to help them better navigate stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. The group setting also provides an opportunity for teens to connect with peers who are experiencing similar struggles, helping reduce feelings of isolation and build a sense of community.

Sessions are offered in a hybrid format, with in-person participation encouraged. The program is held at AllHealth Network’s Inverness location in Englewood, making it accessible for families across the south metro area.

Referrals are accepted through an intake or referral process, and several insurance options are supported. By providing structured care and skill-building support, the Adolescent IOP helps young people move toward greater stability, confidence, and long-term wellness.
