Contact our Central Access team at 303-730-8858 and speak to our knowledgeable staff who can walk you through the process of getting started in treatment. Our Access to Care Specialists will collect basic information about what you’re looking for and what services are covered by your insurance or health plan. We will explain our walk-in option for new clients or you can schedule an intake appointment.

Before Your First Appointment
You will receive a text message with all of our intake forms prior to your initial appointment. You can complete these forms from your smartphone or a desktop.
Or, you can click here to download our intake forms, print and bring them with you to an in person appointment. Having all of this information prepared ahead of time will save you time in the office and will be much easier for you to fill out ahead of time.
Your First Appointment
If this is your first time meeting with a behavioral health clinician, a little anxiety is perfectly normal. When you arrive, you will need to complete your paperwork (if you have not completed it ahead of time) for the first 20-30 minutes, and then you will meet with a licensed Clinical Assessment Specialist for a private conversation about what brought you in for services. The clinician will spend about 90 minutes with you to gather information about your needs and to get to know you a little bit so that together you can discuss treatment options available at AllHealth Network. We begin thinking about treatment goals and outcomes you hope to achieve during this appointment, so it may be helpful to think about these questions:
- How long has the issue been happening?
- What, if anything, makes it better or worse?
- What have you done in the past to help with the issue?
- What you would like to see happen as a result of getting treatment?
- Who are your supports on your healing journey?
For this in-office visit, we do have a current mask policy in place and require a mask to be worn for the duration of your visit.
After the intake paperwork, screening tools, assessments, and treatment plan have been discussed, the Clinical Assessment Specialist will be able to walk you through recommendations for services available at AllHealth Network to best fit your needs. If you are ready, the clinician can get you scheduled for your next appointment and provide some quick resources to offer support and education about your behavioral health needs.
The first appointment with a therapist, counselor, case manager, psychiatrist or other provider will likely be within 10 days after your intake appointment. The provider will have access to all of the information you discussed with the Clinical Assessment Specialist so that you do not have to share these details again. We work hard to match new clients with the right provider who has the skills, expertise, and personality that is the right fit for you.
