Recently, CBS Colorado featured the inspiring journey of Christine DiFrancesco, whose recovery from alcohol addiction began through treatment and support at AllHealth Network. Today, Christine is helping others find healing through Serenity Stables, using her lived experience to create a space for connection, growth, and recovery.
Christine came to AllHealth Network during one of the most difficult periods of her life. After years of struggling with alcohol use, she enrolled in AllHealth Network’s Intensive Outpatient Program, where she spent nine months building the foundation for her recovery. Through counseling, structure, support, and consistent care, Christine was able to begin healing and rediscover a sense of self-worth.
In the CBS Colorado segment, Sarah Prager, Senior Vice President of Clinical Services at AllHealth Network, shared insights into the realities of addiction and the importance of treatment and support. She explained how substances can become a way to cope with life’s challenges and why recovery often requires connection, guidance, and evidence-based care.
Today, Christine uses her lived experience to help others navigate their own recovery journeys. Through Serenity Stables, she has created a space where individuals can explore healing, personal growth, and connection through interactions with horses. Her work reflects the power of recovery and what can happen when people receive the support they need to move forward.
